Why some movies stay with you
On atmosphere, timing, and the films that keep echoing in my head after I have already gone home.
Some movies stay with me because of plot. The ones I love most usually stay because of mood, timing, or one scene that changes the temperature of the whole film.
Atmosphere matters more than explanation
A film can keep living in my head because it built a world I can step back into instantly. I do not need to remember every beat. I just need to remember how the room felt when the movie got it right.
